Oakwood Parent Teacher Organizations exist to build a communities of parents and teachers who work together to support the school district’s vision, mission and core values. Each organization operates independently to foster communication and fund programs to enhance the educational, cultural and social environment for all students and families.

About Smith Elementary PTO

E.D. Smith PTO is an active organization that welcomes parents as partners in the education of their children. There are many activities throughout the year in which parents have the opportunity to become involved. Movie Nights, Cafeteria Help, the Fall Festival, the Book Fair, Up With Art!, Teacher Appreciation, and many other activities are supported by our PTO.

We welcome your involvement and thank you for supporting our students and Edwin D. Smith School.

For membership information, contact Ashley Orr.
