Panorama surveys

Oakwood Schools is continuing to partner with Montgomery County Alcohol Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services and Montgomery County Educational Services Center to participate in school climate surveys for students and staff through Panorama Education.  During the past three years, students and staff have participated in these surveys which provided valuable feedback to the District.  At this time, we believe this will be our last administration of the Panorama surveys.  We have gained valuable information from this free resource and will be using this knowledge to guide further initiatives in our schools.  

In the upcoming weeks, Oakwood Schools will be conducting this last round of Parorama school climate surveys for students in grades three through twelve along with teachers and staff.  The District only selects surveys that can be administered confidentially and anonymously to provide general feedback on school culture and not personally identifiable information of individual students.  

The online survey asks students to reflect on their school environment.  Students’ responses provide invaluable insight into their experience at school, and how we can improve and adapt to their needs.  The survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.  You can review all the survey questions students will see.  If a student doesn’t believe they have enough information to answer a question, they can skip it.

Our students are important partners as we work to improve our communication, academic programs and overall Oakwood Schools’ experience.  We thank you in advance for your support.
