Oakwood students – if you need a work permit processed during the summer, we are here to help! 

Make sure your employer completes the appropriate portion and you have the required doctor’s signature before scanning the completed form to peters.lori@oakwoodschools.org.  OHS summer hours are 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.  We suggest calling at 937-297-5325 before scanning to ensure efficient processing.
