The Oakwood High School Academic Team finally opened its season Jan. 14 after weeks of delay with a 101-88 victory over Eaton, and a 101-56 victory over Dixie.
The team has been practicing first semester and finally got to compete virtually for the first time. SWBL matches will run all of January and into February with potential tournaments in February, March and April.
