Answer: Instructors' responsibilities are to grade and to provide content-related feedback to students through the feedback tool. Mentors' responsibilities are to help the student navigate through courses and to make adjustments through the courses based on teachers' recommendations, such as opening up courses if students need access. Mentors can open up course work so students can see lessons ahead of time. SchoolsPLP mentors are trained on the SchoolsPLP software and are able to do functions on the software that many others could not.
If students and/or parents have content-related questions, they should ask the Instructor. If the have questions that are not content related but more user, system or error questions, they should direct them to the Mentor.
