Doing what is best for students

Oakwood School's mission statement is our driving force to provide excellent opportunities for all of our students.  We appreciate your interest in Oakwood Schools and hope you find useful information about our District and our community on our website.

There are five buildings in the Oakwood Schools' District:

Lange School - full-day kindergarten
Harman School - grades 1-6
Smith Elementary - grades 1-6
Oakwood Junior High - grades 7-8
Oakwood High School - grades 9-12

New Student Registration 2020-2021 School Year

To be eligible for enrollment in Oakwood Schools, families must reside within the school district boundaries and demonstrate proof of residence as outlined in the Residency Guidelines.  To register for kindergarten, students need to be five by Sept. 30, 2020.  Please visit the Kindergarten Registration page for more information.

The registration process for all students K-12 in Oakwood Schools begins with FinalForms.  FinalForms, an online forms and data management service,  allows families to complete and sign enrollment, back-to-school and athletic participation forms for students online.  Data is saved from season-to-season and year-to-year.  FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each student in the same family, saving everyone time.

To begin the online registration process, please visit our Central Registration system on FinalForms.  For step-by-step instructions, visit the Oakwood Schools Final Forms page.

After you have completed all of your student's forms, you will be directed to schedule a registration meeting to provide required documentation.

If you have any questions of concerns with the process, please email Harrison Gowdy at gowdy.harrison@oakwoodschools.org or call 937-299-8730.
